Process

We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 business hours, with the exception of preorders. Once your order is processed, we will provide you with a tracking code so you can track the progress of your shipment at every step.

• -National shipments within Italy typically take 1-2 business days to arrive.
• -Shipments to other countries within the European Union typically take 3-4 business days to arrive.
• -Shipments to customers outside of Europe typically take 7-10 business days to arrive.

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons. If there are any delays in the shipment of your order, our dedicated Customer Service team will promptly notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.

Shipping costs

• -For orders within Italy, we offer free express shipping for orders starting from €49. If your order total is below €49, a shipping fee of €6.50 will apply.
• -On the European territory, orders above €90 qualify for free shipping. For orders below €90, there is a shipping fee of €9.
• -For our valued customers in the USA and Canada, we provide free shipping for orders above €150. For orders below €100, a shipping fee of €25 applies.

Returns

We understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your order or have had a change of heart. At Melina, we accept returns on all items, including earrings, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging.

• -For customers located in mainland Italy, we offer free returns. However, it is important to note that if the product is found to be non-conforming, the return shipping costs will be covered by Melina. For all other return cases, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs of the return parcel.
• -If you need to exchange the size of a ring, we offer a complimentary size exchange service. For all other cases, the shipping costs indicated in our shipping cost section will apply.
