Our goal at Melina Milano is that you are totally satisfied with your purchase.
If for some reason you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on all items - including earrings - that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging.

Our conditions:
1- We will not make returns that have exceeded a period of 15 days from the date of delivery
2-Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it
3-Customers will not receive a refund for initial shipping costs ( unless you accidentally received a faulty piece )
